Seasons of Parenting
Being a parent is the best, most life giving thing I have ever done. It is also the most challenging. We are entering a new season of parenting as our oldest gets ready to graduate high school and go off to college. We are so proud of him. He has already earned more scholarship than the two of us combined! As we participate in the various events at the college, we are just beaming with joy at the experience he will have. While we still have a couple years for our youngest to go off to college, it has us thinking about life after kids are out of the house. We love having them around, but know that eventually it will just be the two of us. We are making intentional efforts to re-imagine bring new life to our marriage as we move into these new seasons of parenting!
